STAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum width: 20 feet (negotiable for informal concerts)
• Minimum depth: 15 feet

​• General lighting
• 4 spot lights (desired but not required)

BACKLINE - if possible:
• 1 set of conga drums (2 drums)
• 1 nylon string guitar
• 6 Manhasset (not wire) music stands
• 4 chairs without arm rests
• 1 stool
• Screen on stage & projector

SOUND REQUIREMENTS:
• 16 Channel mixing board
• Reverb/Delay, if possible
• 5 monitors (3 minimum)
• Speaker mains and monitor amps appropriate for venue
• 5 Vocal mics (Shure SM58 or equivalent)
• 5 Instrumental mics (Shure SM57 or equivalent)
• 3 Direct boxes (guitar, bass, harp)
• 2 Condenser mics
• 10 Boom stands (for the 5 vocal and the 5 instrumental mics)
• For large or outdoor venues: 3 drum mics, including kick drum mic

 

MISCELLANEOUS:

• Lighting and sound technician
• Map and exact directions
• Parking very close to performance space
• Help unloading and loading equipment
• Clean, well-lit changing room near performance space
